Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a local insurance agency in Burlington, Vermont. This is a temp-to-perm role for someone who is interested in advancing their career in the insurance field.

Job Duties:

  • Answer the phone and take messages
  • Take insurance payments in-person, over the phone, and on the computer
  • Initiate claims
  • Billing
  • Make administrative corrections to policies
  • Make mortgage and lien holder changes

Must be courteous, polite, trustworthy, and willing to be compassionate with customers. Must have strong attention to detail and be a good listener.
