Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently assisting one of our clients in Calabasas looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative. This position is a temporary position for 6 months.  If you feel you qualify please apply.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be a liaison between the operations of the program, program members and Account Managers. There are over 7000 existing members and the program is growing rapidly.  The ideal candidate will accept ownership for processing request for members and Account Managers, resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.  They must also have exceptional follow-up and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Managing large volume of inbound and outbound emails/calls
  • Provide consistent and accurate feedback on all Support Ticket request
  • Submit W9 paperwork to create vendor account numbers
  • Remain knowledgeable of site offerings and guidelines at all times
  • Process request for point redemptions
  • Follow the guidelines of the program when processing redemptions or responding to inquires
  • Identify customer needs, offer solutions and/or alternatives
  • Work collaborative and maintain regular communication with Senior Leadership Team
  • Maintain proper records of conversations between members and Account Managers
  • Properly escalating customer issues to the next level for immediate resolution
  • Attend trainings and meet regularly with the Leadership Team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Customer oriented, patient and empathic
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • High School or General Equivalency diploma
