Adecco is assisting a growing local firm in recruiting for Customer Service Representatives in Frederick, MD. Our client is based in Residential Real Estate Services industry.

CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:30am-3:30pm OR 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50/hr.
Location: Frederick, MD

Responsibilities of a Call Center Representative:

  • Answer all inbound calls from clientele and answer their inquires
  • Scheduling of appointments for services
  • Assisting with outbound calls when necessary
  • Documenting the outcome and resolution of the inbound calls or schedules
  • Follow up with clientele regarding the services they received
  • Assisting with administrative paperwork

Qualifications for Call Center Representative:

  • 1-2 years in a call center environment fielding incoming calls
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer service centered roles
  • Microsoft Office and knowledge of different software
  • Experience with a CRM system is a plus!
