Customer Service Representative


Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Customer Service role in Chandler, AZ!

The representative role is inclusive to an inbound phone team environment assisting Merrill Lynch clients, both internal (Financial Advisors) and external (participants in corporate sponsored retirement plans) with financial transactions and inquiries. This fast-paced work environment provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation for a career in the financial services industry. The Call Center assists with 401(k), Stock Options, Health Benefits and other financial products.

This position provides insight to the Retirement Operations of Bank of America Merrill Lynch with emphasis on Health Benefits Solutions product. Excellent customer services and prior call center experience is a must. This position has the potential of converting to a Full Time opportunity and is a Call Center role - on the phones. Upon completing the 3-4 week training (M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm), the shift could be anywhere between the hours of 7am and 8pm - Monday through Friday
