A local leading organization is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives - CSR - Call Center Representatives in Cheyenne, WY, for long-term temporary to hire opportunities. Customer Service Representatives interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services and to handle and resolve complaints. Responsibilities for Customer Service Reps include but are not limited to the following:

*Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
*Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
*Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
*Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
*Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
*Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
*Resolve customers' service or billing complaints.
*Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

*High School Diploma
*Excellent customer service skills
*Ability to multi-task
*Strong data entry skills and general computer usage knowledge
*Ability to clear a customer specific background screening
*Bilingual candidates also needed

We have openings on Monday - Friday, training hours will be 8 am - 4:30 pm, work hours may vary to range between 7 am - 6 pm, and some overtime may be required to include an occasional Saturday.

Pay for this position is $12.50/hour plus overtime as needed. These are temporary-to-hire opportunities.
