Adecco Direct Placement is actively recruiting professional and experienced candidates for a Direct Hire Customer Service Representative position in Cincinnati, OH area with one of our top family owned manufacturing clients. Our team is seeking candidates with strong customer service skills, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. The primary focus in this position is to act as a liaison between the customer and various company departments facilitating the efficient and timely production of customer needs. This position comes with a starting salary of $45,000-$50,000 (depending on experience), opportunity for growth, a family work environment and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative in Cincinnati, OH include:

Monitor status of customer orders and coordinate communication
Understand and follow the quality system and this position's requirement from within
Review customer quotes for accuracy and continue to review throughout production
Provide service and updates to customers by processing orders via phone, email, etc.
Enter order information into company database
Order necessary supplies for production needs
Prioritize activities and tasks appropriately, with customer needs in mind
Send proofs to customers and receive them upon return
Check samples to ensure accurate final product
Communicate in a tactful, pleasant and professional manner
Make suggestions on improving work processes within department or company
Handle 20-80 projects at one time- must be ready for a fast-paced environment
Meet expected commitment dates and customer changes
Exhibit a "teamwork" attitude when dealing with internal departments
Confer regularly with scheduling, press, bindery and shipping departments


Qualifications:

Strong understanding of binding processes
Fundamental knowledge of offset web and sheetfed printing
MUST have printing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle several tasks at once
Previous experience with Print Stream & FileMaker is desired
Must be able to learn quickly and be a problem solver
Able to negotiate with internal departments as well as customers & vendors
Very proficient with the competency of "attention to detail"
Must have basic Microsoft Office computer knowledge
Ability to work beyond regular business hours when needed during busy seasons
