Customer Service Coordinator

What you’ll be responsible for

Preparing and maintain quote log
Supporting sales & executive staff
Review quotes for accurate & complete information
Active liaison between sales, customers, field service and production team
You’ll support clients through, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and training events and insure satisfaction and ongoing relationships
Direct customers to appropriate person for support questions
Execute Customer Service metrics reporting plans
Coordinate customer product service return & warranty returns
Prepare customer information packets included with serviced products


Effectively communicate
Multi-task and prioritize daily tasks
Maintain organized work space
Foster communication among colleagues/team members in manager’s absence
Strong math skills, ability to use multiline phone systems

Education and Experience Required

High School diploma
College or specific relevant coursework preferred
Industry experience – Industrial/Refurbish services Semiconductor – Cleanroom

Business hours – Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:40 pm
Flexible working schedule available
Compensation: $16 - $19 DOE
