Customer Service Representative

Ring ring. That’s opportunity calling for you. We’re hiring temp- to-hire Customer Service Representatives in Downtown Cleveland, OH with a stating pay of $14/hr. Our client prides themselves on being the nation's largest provider of group legal plans. Customer Service Representatives are important, really important, for making sure the world’s best companies have the best reputation. We’re looking for enthusiastic problem solvers to work in a call center environment–if you love talking with people, we want to hear from you.

Here are some of the responsibilities you’ll have:

  • Take inbound calls from current and prospective members/clients, providing clients with superior customer service regarding coverage and benefits.
    • Assist prospective clients with questions about their legal plan.
    • Send written documentation to callers as needed.
    • Enroll callers in legal plans.
    • Help HLP plan attorneys who require assistance.
    • Assist attorneys who would like to join the HLP panel.
    • Help callers who have complaints about HLP services.
    • Handle mail, reception, supplies and support duties.
  • Verify membership, inquire about the clients’ legal need, and refer to the proper attorney.
  • Answer basic enrollment questions regarding membership and benefits.
    • 50% of calls during fall season are enrollment questions from clients prepared to enroll for Hyatt’s legal services or inquiring before enrollment.
    • Must be able to communicate features and benefits on all calls.
  • Perform support work for other departments and other duties as assigned.

These are the qualities we’re looking for in an Customer Service Representative:

  • Must have a 4 year college degree
  • At least two (2) years of customer service experience (call center preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Candidates must be friendly, articulate and be able to think outside of the box.
  • Strong, articulate verbal communication.
  • Four year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university- will be verified.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Friendly demeanor and outgoing personality
Training Shift: Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM ( 3 weeks)
