Adecco is looking for professional candidates who are fluent in Spanish for a 6-month contract dealing with incoming calls from Medicaid clients regarding eligibility, claims status, and other issues. Pay rate will be $14.25.

• Fluency in Spanish
• 1-year recent call center experience
• Medicaid, medical insurance, or CHIP experience preferred
• Ability to think and process analytically
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Type 30 WPM
• Understanding of business language
• Computer assessments will be required
• Be able to pass 7-year Felony/ Misdemeanor check

• Provide customer service to customers by phone to online logs
• Provide strict and proper documentation
• Meet attendance and performance metrics
• Provide problem resolving for various issues

This is an amazing client to work with in North Austin that provides excellent training for up to a month. Time off within the first 90 days cannot be accommodated.
