Customer Service Representative

Adecco Bryan College Station is currently assisting a local client with finding experienced Customer Service Representatives. We are seeking full time Customer Service Representatives in Bryan College Station who are looking to work alongside a world class leader in transfers and shareholder services. The Customer Service Representatives are paid to train with the best to gain insight and experience in Shareholder and financial services industry, right in the heart of the Brazos Valley.

Customer Service Representatives will lean on their savvy and customer service skills to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy. The full time Customer Service Representative’s job will require working directly with shareholders to resolve inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance. The ideal Customer Service Agent will be able to build shareholder confidence with their abilities to cover a wide range of responsibilities efficiently and accurately.

Our Customer Service Agents will be assisting a wide range of shareholders from over 1/3 of the top Dow Jones and Fortune 500 companies. The ideal Customer Service Representative will have excellent phone etiquette and be able to clearly and professionally communicate with customers through inbound calls.

Customer Service Representatives will be in 5 weeks paid training from Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00PM. In conjunction with our client we offer performance based incentives and bonuses monthly and quarterly, and a full time, 40 hour work week, at a pay rate of 13/hr plus overtime opportunities!

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 25 WPM
  • 18 years or older
  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Professional demeanor
  • Previous Call Center experience or experience in the financial industry a plus!
