Customer Service Representative

Adecco is seeking Customer Support Agent for temp workers at a local client in College Station. Previous experience in a call center, financial job, customer service job, cashier jobs, food service and restaurant jobs, and or other customer service experience is desired. Responsibilities for Customer Support Agent jobs include:

  • Responding to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
  • Gathering information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Implementing coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Entry level with previous customer service experience preferred. 
  • Ability to type 25 WPM
  • Must have High School diploma or general education degree (GED), and be 18 years or older

The starting pay rate for Customer Support Agent jobs is $15.00/hr, plus overtime as needed. Daytime shift only.
