Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Call Center/ Customer Service Representative role in Dallas, TX! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

90 Day Assignment, could extend but not guaranteed


1 week of training 8am-5pm then will be assigned shift
Must be flexible to work 1st or 2nd shift

Pay rate : $18.50/hr
No travel, on site in building


Taking calls from clients that are providing information for their appeals process where they were denied assistance
Answer incoming phone calls
High call volume
Data entry
Triage and take data and information from customers

Skills Needed:

Must have strong customer service and data entry skill set
Excellent verbal communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office Suite- Excel
Must be empathetic and able to handle stress
