Adecco is currently seeking Dynamic Customer Service Professionals for both English and English/Spanish (Bilingual)opportunities with an innovative organization that looks to promote within.

You will be required to take assessments in order to qualify for these opportunities.
Prove it Assessment Requirements: (Spanish as applicable)

� Typing - General (Adjusted WPM must be 30)
� Computer Literacy
� Spanish-English Bilingual


Experience: Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web based
portal regarding information on programs and services
• Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints,
comments, and actions taken
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Address customers inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Perform data entry accurately and Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
• 1 YEAR CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma required OR Associate degree is preferred
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information
• Ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures
• Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products

Training Schedule is M-F 8:00 AM � 5:00 PM for 15 days . Attendance during training is mandatory. Please discuss with your candidates that any appointments during the training period must be rescheduled. Candidates not able to commit to attending the 15 day training period should not be submitted.
