Adecco is currently assisting a large client in their search for a Customer Service Representative


Pay rate is $20 per hour 

DEPARTMENT/TEAM DESCRIPTION -Customer Interaction Center is a multi-channel customer care center answering inquires around crop protection products and marketing programs. 

POSITION SUMMARY Ensure a high level of external customer satisfaction by providing program and customer specific information for customers. Take the necessary initiative and, if necessary, risk to insure that information requests are addressed accurately, timely, and where possible, generate new / additional business opportunities. Record all inbound contacts to a tracking database with accuracy to report information upward to Business Units. 

Provide outbound contact service to customers through integrated marketing campaigns that help product positioning, determine quality of services, and ensure optimum customer satisfaction. 
Provide assistance to project management in support of Marketing and Sales initiatives. 


Education Requirement(s): 
Some college required, must include natural and applied science courses 

Skill & Competency Requirements: 2 years of direct customer interaction, Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs, mastery of Outlook and Excel 

Preferences: Experience in Agriculture or educational exposure to Agronomy, Botany or Ag sciences
