Adecco staffing is assisting a local client in their search to find an experienced, organized and reliable individual to fill a full time Customer Service Representative position.  In this role you will be responsible for possessing strong computer, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to problem solve. Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face to place orders, answer questions, address complaints, or shipping and return issues.                
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests.                                                  
  • Manage customers' accounts.                                                      
  • Manage customer administration including coordinating with factories on delivery needs, managing delivery schedules                            
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments                                                    
  • Enter invoices after reviewing for proper documentation and approvals

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to create, manipulate and understand Microsoft Excel spreadsheets required
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize necessary deadlines
  • Well organized self-starter
  • Highly detail oriented with a passion for accuracy
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting and sales systems
  • Strong problem solving skills, solid knowledge of general accounting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous sales and/or customer service skills required
