Adecco is urgently seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist a reputable manufacturing company located in Fair Lawn, NJ. This is a contract to hire opportunity.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for back end support to various departments in the organization.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following:
- Handling Repeat Quotes for sales and customer service for re-quotes and orders pending via the specials mailbox and EMS for special products
- Creating special quotations for Modified Standards
- Making changes to GQS quotes for Approved Special Product Price Deviations
- Creating special quotes for sales rep from our CAPP system
- Responsible for Tooling Certificate Program
- Creating new certificate accounts
- Placing orders and returns
- Answering phone calls regarding tooling certificates
- Providing updates, delivery information and balances on orders

Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the use of general office equipment, including but not limited to telephone, FAX, calculator, copier and personal computer.

Employee Qualifications:
- AS degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Several years experience working with personal computers, mainframes and databases.
- Ability in Microsoft 365 environment.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Ability to acquire thorough knowledge of SOPIC
- Employee must have proficient typing skills.

Hours: M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
