POSITION: Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: Florence KY
HOURS: Full-time
DURATION: 6 - month, possible temp to perm
PayRate: $18.00/hour


Our Property and Casualty team here in Florence, KY is seeking a licensed Insurance Services Representative (ISR) to join our family.

Candidates will be working in a call center environment, handle property & casualty related customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems. Support the growth of new business. Use a variety of computerized data entry systems for general policy servicing and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound inquiries from potential or current insurance policy holders & agencies
Quote and bind renters insurance policies
Provide customer service to multiple P&C product queues
Take First Notice of Loss reports
Maintains working knowledge of new products
Meets call volume and quality control requirements
Communicates professionally with all customers and peers

Temp to Perm opportunity

Bilingual Spanish a plus, not required

SKILLS:
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
– 1-2 years previous customer service experience in insurance industry
– Active Property & Casualty license
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Licensed agency experience: 1-2+ years minimum
– Self-starter who is focused on goal achievement
– Strong verbal and written communication skills

EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent
