The client is a distributor of technology type products primarily for electronic system design, maintenance & repair.  


These are some of the responsibilities you’ll have:

  • Making outbound calls/receiving inbound calls entering in information in the system.
  • Each contract is set up differently and you will reference many.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Use of Microsoft Word and Outlook (receiving and sorting orders)
  • Multi-tasking, reacting to both positive and negative situations, willing to go that extra mile to help out the customer find the right answer!  It will require some research and a very detail oriented person.


Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • If you have Sales Force knowledge that is a plus!



Monday – Friday

  • 8:30am – 5:00pm


Training will consist of a combination of in-classroom, shadowing, observing and the hours for training will be 8:30am – 5:00pm for approximately 2-3 weeks, Will learn to navigate programs, no need for product knowledge.


Pay for this position is $14.50/hr plus overtime as needed. This is long term with opportunity to move in to other roles as well.
