Customer Service Representative-

  1. support to Employee Benefits Advisor for assigned accounts. Assist with quotes, coverages, and claim issues. Interact with clients to answer questions and information regarding coverage and troubleshoot enrollment issues. Keep accurate records of client interactions recording details or inquiries, comments and actions taken.
  • Professionally respond to incoming requests from clients and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: revise employee communication material, online quoting, spreadsheet preparation, new group enrollment, group renewal, and claims resolution.
  • Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing client data for use in presentations.
  • Processing member applications, changes, and deletions to insurance company as requested.
  • Gather client information thoroughly and educate the client as necessary to promote client resolution of similar situations in the future.
  • Document all client interactions in BenefitPoint.
  • Perform Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities as back-up.

Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
