An amazing company is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative looking to get into the Medical Industry looking for a long-time opportunity. This position will interact with patients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to assist them in their eye glasses experience. Responsibilities for customer service position include but are not limited to the following:
¿ Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders.
¿ Keep records of patient information, recording details of inquiries, and fitting them to their eye glass or contact needs.
¿ Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
¿ Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
¿ Review insurance policy terms to determine whether a particular purchase is covered by insurance.
¿ Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
¿ Get the training and development needed to pursue and be successful in the Optical Industry!

Pay for this position starts around $13-$15 depending on experience. With the ability to make upwards of $19 an hour.
