Adecco is currently assisting a local client hire a Customer Service Representative for a client in Fremont, CA. This assignment is a two month engagement with the prospect of continuing long-term.

 

Customer Service Representative - This is an exciting opportunity to help a project team expand the features and functionality of a new technology that directly impacts the lives of people. While providing superior phone support to end users of the product, your daily responsibilities may include the following:

 

Daily Tasks

- Accept all incoming telephone inquiries directed from customers and other outside individuals.

- Enter sales orders/RMAs/customer feedback into tracking system, as required.

- Assists marketing with copyright editing of marketing collateral

- Will provide administrative/project based support to the Head of Marketing, as required.

 

Requirements

- BS Degree in Business Administration or Marketing

- Clear, friendly, and professional verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency with the computer, telephone, and fax

- Strong organizational skills to accommodate multiple sales/service tasks

- Strong interpersonal skills - able to easily establish rapport with peers and customers
