Adecco is assisting a local furniture warranty company recruiting for Call Center Associates in Kentwood, MI. These Call Center Associate roles are contract to hire opportunities!

Call Center Associate roles require candidates to manage a high volume of outbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns, identify and resolve complaints, using a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken within a call center environment. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Call Center Associate roles:

* At least 1 year of experience in customer service
