JOB SUMMARY

Make outbound calls to merchants on prescribed Excel List:

Three outbound call attempts are required per account with notes documented on Excel list for each call attempt. Agent is to leave voicemails, or follow the script if they reach the merchant. This is for merchants who have opted out of receiving TWC calls
Field inbound calls: For merchants who allow TWC (auto dialer) calls, one, possibly two OB attempts will be made with TWC, and remaining call(s) made manually. Reps may receive calls through TWC skill and are to follow the appropriate script and log the excel tracking spreadsheet.
Follow scripting provided with little variation from the script to discuss the campaign being worked at that time. (Different scripts for Non-Enabled and Inactive)
Scripts will be provided (scripting must be followed) – calls will be monitored -

Campaign 1 (4k accts): Call merchants who are processing with WF but not enabled for American Express
Campaign 2 (4k accts): Call merchants that are processing with WF and entitled for American Express but not currently accepting Amex transactions
For AMEX Opt-In initiative, if merchant asks to be notified once enabled for AMEX, the handling agent is to check the account in 2 weeks to confirm they’re now entitled and send a scripted email to the merchant advising they are now enabled for AMEX.
If merchant indicates they didn’t receive the AMEX decals and wants them, agent is to offer to send them decals. (I am not sure if this process has been fully documented yet on how to do so).






EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent

REQUIREMENTS
• Excel experience
• Phone experience
• PC and typing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent schedule adherence
• Spanish speaking a plus
