Responsibilities for this position include:
 - Responsible for taking inbound calls
- Answering questions from current and potential customers 
- Updating client files

- Close attention to detail
- Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word
- Customer Service Representative background preferred

- Minimum typing speed of 35wpm


Hours are Monday- Friday, shift may be 10am-6:30pm, 10:30am-7pm or 11am-7:30pm, will train on first, starting pay for this position is $11.00.
