Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Call Center Representative in Hutchins, TX. This is for a long-term temporary to hire opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of accounts and are responsible close oversight of freight service obligations. ***Important: this position will require 6-8 weeks of training in Houston, TX. You will be provided housing, per diem, and mileage for traveling from Dallas to Houston and back on days off.

Responsibilities:
-Filing completed files and helping to maintain the archived files.
-Perform invoicing by following tariffs and conditions determined in the rate agreements.
-Maintain a high level of professional relationship with your assigned customers.
-High standard of quality on data entry and customer orders creation.
-Processing of orders received by fax, e-mail, computer, or phone.
-Check and maintain inventory for availability and prepare a bill of lading for shipment.
-Enter and process inbound and outbound orders.
-Processing and planning packaging orders.
-Efficient communication between third parties such as freight forwarders and carriers to ensure cut offs are met in a timely manner.
-Perform monthly inventory reconciliation, investigate, and solve product discrepancies.

Qualifications:
-High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required. Some college preferred.
-Two or more years of customer service experience preferred.
-Experience working in a distribution or logistics environment preferred.
-Advanced skills with Microsoft office applications and Warehouse Management Systems. SAP experience preferred.
-Strong communication skills, detail oriented, customer focused, quick learner, dependable worker and ability to problem solve and work well under pressure.
-Ability to perform in a deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities.
-Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound email.
