This position could be ideal for a college student, as the part-time hours can be flexible to work around your class schedule. In addition, this could be for paid employment as COOP credit and potential to win educational scholarships.

Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:

- Primary role of the representative is to gain exposure to the overall operations of our customer.
- Complete one or more projects involving program creation, maintenance, communication, and implementation and analyze the results for the assigned departments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
- Excellent ability to persuade others through direct/indirect influence
- Demonstrated ability to seek out and seize opportunities and take initiative with little or no direction
- Demonstrated ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-¬paced environment
- Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a high-¬-change, often ambiguous business environment
- Handle and resolve complaints
- Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer
- Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service
- Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for further investigation
- THIS IS A GRADUATED POSITION: As a successful representative, you will be evaluated and provided more responsibility as determined by client and corporate evaluation factors; performance, schedule, quality, understanding. The ideal candidate that continuously demonstrates a motivation for career progression will be considered for positions cultivating growth.


- 1 year of college or High School Diploma with relevant work experience
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- MUST have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MUST have excellent computer skills
- MUST demonstrate ability to multi-task
- Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
- Able to work in a team environment
- MUST possess the ability to pass a full background screening and drug test.
- Hourly wage will begin at $9/hr.
