POSITION: Customer Service Rep II
LOCATION: Farmington, CT
DURATION: 2.5 months *Possibility of extension*

This position will answer inbound calls from customers to place orders and provide customer service relevant to the customer population

Preferred Experience
1+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, preferably including Excel exposure
Strong written and verbal communication
