Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:                 

Actual job title is Leave of Absence Call Center Representative. Accountable for delivery of outstanding customer service through a strong commitment to customer needs with a demonstrated commitment to adhering to service levels. This position requires the timely and efficient response to employees’ inquiries concerning leave of absence administration. Responsible for using myLeave as well as the HR systems and predefined business processes to process leaves in accordance with the FMLA, state, and company leave policies.

 

Duties:

  • Respond to leave of absence inquiries
  • Escalate Tier 2 inquiries using call center case management tool
  • Monitor and complete daily myLeave Task List
  • Timely and accurate preparation of the applicable letters and communications including enclosures to maintain compliance
  • Researching questions related to leave administration
  • Timely case resolution
  • Process return from leave change forms timely and accurately to ensure employee’s status is updated and payroll is processed

 

Experience Needed:

  • 1-2 years of call center experience
  • Highly developed ability to communicated verbally and in writing
  • Ability to function I high volume, production oriented, time sensitive environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines
  • Excellent listening skills to reflect a positive, friendly disposition

 

Hours: M-F 10AM-6:30PM
