Customer Service Representative II

Adecco is currently assisting our client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative position in Phoenix, AZ paying $17.50/hr!


The Client Service Representatives II goes beyond processing simple account transactions –you’ll listen to client needs and advise on products and services to support our clients through life events and moments that matter. Anticipate and resolve client concerns with the goal of exceeding each client’s expectations, no matter how large or small the request. CSR II’s work in an inbound client service contact center that requires sitting and taking calls for the entire shift, with structured breaks. Being there for our clients is our number one priority, to do that, we need you to adhere to schedules that ensure our clients have every opportunity to connect with a client service professional in their moments that matter.   • Requires 1+ year of customer/client service experience, including experience handling difficult client situations
  • Displays passion, integrity, commitment and drive to deliver a positive, differentiated service that improves our clients’ financial lives providing white glove service
  • Experience in the banking / finance industry with mortgage servicing, fraud, or collections experience highly preferred and/or call center experience
  • Spanish bilingual candidates a plus
  • Start date will be 6/24/2019
  • Shift is as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 8AM – 7PM
  • Training Hours are tentative to change but currently scheduled as: 7 weeks training Monday -Friday from 8AM-4:30PM
