Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently hiring for Customer Service Representative jobs with a local client located in Costa Mesa, CA

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representatives jobs include:

• Answer approx. 50 - 75 Customer Service calls per day
• Relay information to customers regarding their medications, plans or orders. 
• Identifying needs to offer the right value-added program 
• Cross training as needed to assist with Business needs 

Candidates should meet the following qualifications to be considered for this Customer Service Representative position:

• Strong customer service skills
• Computer literate 
• Typing skills 
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
• Must be flexible with schedule 
• High School Diploma or equivalent

**Pay for this position is $15.50 
**Training schedule will be 8am to 5pm M -F 
**Candidate must be available for 8-hour shift during facility hours 
**OT may be required and some holidays. 
Estimated to start in October 2018
