Our client, a large Fortune 500 financial company, is urgently seeking an Customer Service Representative to support their Inbound Complaint Receipt Unit in Iselin, NJ. This is an 8 month contract position.

The CSR will serve in a duel capacity supporting members of the unit and assisting with complaint review.

Primary Responsibilities include:
- Working out of a queue processing and reviewing complaint documents
- Compiling case files and closing outstanding complaint cases.
- Time service and quality metrics must be attained.

Secondary Duties:
- Performing ad hoc duties and assisting with projects as assigned.
- Answering telephone, managing correspondence, and preparing documents.

Qualifications include:
- Previous experience working as a Customer Service Representative
- Previous experience within the insurance industry is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
- Previous experience using Lotus Notes
- Excellent data entry skills and ability to work in a deadline driven environment

Pay Rate: $17.26 per hour
