Adecco is urgently seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in Iselin, NJ. This is a permanent position with a well established company that manufactures protective equipment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • 40% process calls and emails in line with departmental KPI. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of response and follow up on issues and complaints. Keep constant contact with assigned customers to understand their needs and concerns. Proactively answer their requirements
  • 40% Enter all orders including samples, drop ships and container orders accurately and within the published KPI. Identify inaccuracies and processing issues and recommend solutions.
  • 13% Process RMA and all settlements in a timely fashion to the customer satisfaction and in line with corporate policies and price list terms and conditions. Negotiate settlements to promote partnership and business growth
  • 4%  Generate open order reports and provide accurate feedback on delivery status and back orders
  • 3%   Process EDI correction, open ship to master files and update any relevant ERP or CRM records



  • 3 years of customer service experience required
  • High level of phone communication skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Accurate and effective data entry
  • CRM software knowledge
  • Very professional image and approach with customers

Salary: $40,000-44,000 annually
