Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Duration: 6+ months – Starting 12/10/2018

Shift:  M-F 40 hours with possible OT

 

The representative role is inclusive to an inbound phone team environment assisting Merrill Lynch clients, both internal (Financial Advisors) and external (participants in corporate sponsored retirement plans) with financial transactions and inquiries. This fast-paced work environment provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation for a career in the financial services industry. The Call Center assists with 401(k), Stock Options, Health Benefits and other financial products.

Skills Set include: Call center experience; Financial Acumen; High service aptitude; Service to Sales acumen; Strong communication skills (verbal and written); Innovative thinking; Detail-oriented; Strong problem solving and decision-making skills; Flexible; Team-oriented; Client focused; Positive attitude.

Class target start date is: 12/10/2018

Hours: Training is 3 weeks Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30. If associates successfully completes training, shifts will be provided. Mon-Fri, schedules can be anywhere between 8am – 7pm with OT. Also, opportunity has potential to be extended or become a Full Time role.
