Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Jacksonville, FL 32246

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr.

Duration: 12+month contract – Starting 05/13/2019 to 05/12/2020

This is a Customer Service/Call Center position providing service support for all company’s brokerage and banking account products within an inbound/outbound environment. Will support clients utilizing the Working Capital Management Account (WCMA) and/or Business Investor Account (BIA) as well as clients with additional company related products such as ? Account balances, holdings and activity ? Fund Transfers ? online navigation and other functionality or trouble shooting ? Statement reconciliation.

 

Requirements:

4-year degree is highly preferred

Strong and stable call center/customer service experience

Professional, articulate and personable phone etiquette
