Responsibilities for this Fraud Client Services Representative job include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraud Client Service Representatives (FCSRs) go beyond reviewing and analyzing simple account transactions, you’ll assess the level of risk and make decisions which directly impact the client experience during life events and moments that matter
  • This position will anticipate and resolve client concerns with the goal of exceeding each client’s expectations, no matter how large or small the request.
  • Fraud Client Service Reps work in an inbound client service contact center that requires sitting and taking calls for the entire shift, with structured breaks.
  • Understanding how clients engage with us via technology (online, mobile), financial center and contact center to guide them on ways that we can improve their financial life
  • Navigating multiple computer applications while interacting with the client
  • Listening to, understanding, and providing solutions for our client's needs

 

Qualifications for this Fraud Client Services Representative job:

  • Must have 2+ years of stable customer service/call center experience
  • Ability to think critically and use good, sound judgment when reviewing client accounts for possible fraudulent activity
  • Displays passion, integrity, commitment and drive to deliver a positive, differentiated service that improves our clients’ financial lives
  • Commitment to excellent attendance and proven reliability and can work the agreed upon schedule
  • Has the ability to engage with clients – begin a conversation, anticipate what questions a client will have, actively share information using plain language, build rapport, and handle objections
  • Is comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching
  • Schedules will be between the hours of Monday – Saturday 9am – 9pm
