Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:
• Processing customer orders via phone, email, and face-to-face
• Keep record of customer interactions, complaints, and issues as well as actions taken to resolve
• Process customer payment information
• Monitor all system invoicing on cash on delivery
• Assisting with other programs or departments when needed
• Other clerical duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• A minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work in a team environment
• Flexibility is a MUST

This position will be Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm, plus OT as needed. (Must be able to be flexible with OT). Pay for this position will be $15/hour. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.
