Position Details:
Position: Customer Service Representative Level II
Shifts: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM to 6:30PM (Schedule will be between hours listed)
Location: Riverside, RI
Pay: $13.00/hr.


Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Assists employees and vendors with Accounts Payable-related inquiries via incoming phone calls
Inquiries include questions on employee expense reimbursements, procurement, and vendor invoices and payments

Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting


Systems and tools to include Concur, Ariba eRequest, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook and OneNote


Must have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills


Some overtime may be required during high call volume periods


Knowledge of Concur is desired, but not required
