Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

Customer Care Specialist provides services and information to customers regarding inquiries related to the online website, prescription management, online photo, in-store photo, and refill reminder service. The position supports programs to increase revenue, generate sales, and conserve existing assets. Require flexibility in scheduling to accommodate business needs including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 

Specific Duties:

  • Respond and research requests from customers via telephone and email
  • Accurately complete and submit orders as well as record notes for customer accounts
  • Assist with website navigation and placing web orders
  • Provide company and product information
  • Follow defined policies and procedures to provide a consistent level of excellent customer service
  • Follow up with stores for patients to ensure script is ready as promised when necessary
  • Execute specialty programs such as surveys, promotional sales, and store follow up calls

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service role
  • Medical background, retail, and call center experience preferred
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
  • Quick learner
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Teamwork

 

Shift Start/End Time: 8 hour shifts with start times between the hours of 10AM and 2:30PM. Must be able to work every other weekend as scheduled.

 

Training Hours: M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM
