Our customer, a leader in the financial industry with multiple nationwide locations, is searching for a Full-Time Member Service Representative. The Member Service Representative is a contract position. Position Details:

Position: Full-Time Member Service Representative

Location: Honda Federal Credit Union (HFCU) – Contact Center

Hours: Rotating shift - earliest start time 8am; latest end time 8pm

Pay Rates: $12.50 - $14.00/hr (depending on experience)

Length: 3880 hours - contract


Job Description:


  • Accountable for service activities, sales referrals, and operational procedures in the branch.
  • Provide member service in a professional manner
  • Resolve basic member issues and utilize resources & other departments to do so.
  • Process teller transactions (deposits, transfer, payments, etc.)
  • Covert service opportunities into sales opportunities into sales opportunities
  • Understands and follow policies and procedures and maintain operational integrity
  • Take wire transfer instructions
  • Work weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintain logs and inventory (i.e. negotiable items)
  • Open memberships / shares & cross-sell HFCU products and services
  • Submit, process & close loans.


Required Experience/Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma
  • 2-5 years of Experience
  • Customer Service and detail accuracy are a must!
