Adecco is assisting one of our clients with filling: Customer Service Representative positions!

Pay: $15.00 

M-F 11:30AM-8PM or

Must be able to work 11:00am to 10:00pm plus weekends (40 hours) Shifts are: 10:00am to 7:00pm 10:30am to 7:30pm 11:00am to 8:00pm 1:00pm to 10:00pm

 

40 Call Center Positions Available- Located in Cutler Bay, near Homestead, zip code 33157. (will work from home from now but will return to the worksite in 2021)

  • Do you have a quiet and secure area free from distractions during training and work hours – 8:00a-5:00p M-F during training and 11:30a-8:00p M-F after training? This is required for the role.
  • Do you have high speed internet? Who is your internet provider? The recommendation is to have internet that is able to handle streaming and gaming.
  • Are you able to connect your computer via ethernet to your modem? This is required for the role.
  • Do you have a surge protector with at least 6 outlets or the ability to obtain one? This is required for the role.

    Customer Service Associate:

    Responsibilities include: Acts as primary customer service agent in processing or responding to basic customer requests, inquiries and/or orders Receive a high volume of inbound calls (70-100 calls per day) from customers with varying levels of questions and concerns. Provides basic product/service/application information; also provides information on pricing and product availability. Correspond with customers via email to answer customer/client questions and concerns. Exercise judgment and diplomacy, as required, while effectively communicating the necessary information. Coordinates and expedites service issues to higher levels or other departments as needed.

    Requirements Call Center are as follows: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to compose correspondence. Detail oriented and well organized. Proactive in presenting solutions to problems. Proficient with computers.
