Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities for this Call Center Rep include:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • High Energy Work Ethic
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Active listening skills
  • Build relationships and engage in customers
  • Act as the liaison between clinics and current and potential patients
  • Researching to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Shifts 9am-5:30pm; 9:30am-6pm; 11:30am-8pm (Must be available for all)
  • Every other Saturday 9am-5:30pm (will have a day off during the week a Saturday is worked
  • Business Casual dress

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer support role
  • Passionate about success and self-sufficient
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability
  • Highly organized
  • Detail oriented and manage time effectively
  • Multi-tasking Skills
  • MS Office Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • $14/hr.- $15/hr.
