Customer Service Representative

Adecco is assisting Lifetouch recruiting for Customer Service Representatives for their National Call Center in Muncie, Indiana. These Customer Service jobs are long term but seasonal opportunities!

Customer service representatives are required to provide customer support in a climate controlled environment within a call center facility. If you meet the qualifications listed below – Apply Now!

Responsibilities for a customer service representative include but are not limited to:

• Answer all incoming customer calls and customer online chats, including inquiries on order status, package and price clarification, special services, remakes, reorders and telephone orders.
• Initiate all outgoing customer calls and mail for production to facilitate efficient processing of an order; this includes credit card information, proofs and order detail, negative issues, mathematical errors, and Value Plus Program for non-returned proofs. 
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. 

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for customer service/call center jobs:

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Good mathematical aptitude
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong computer skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
