Ring ring. That’s opportunity calling for you. We’re hiring customer service representatives in Niles, IL. We’re looking for enthusiastic problem solvers – if you love talking with people and helping them find a solution, we want to hear from you.


Here are some of the responsibilities you’ll have:


  • Field customer phone calls and emails, efficiently meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations in connection with orders, returns, quotes, and sample requests
  • Set up and maintain customer account records by requesting, processing, and updating information
  • Communicate and collaborate with company staff as necessary to accommodate customer needs
  • Coordinate with internal and external logistics and warehouse personnel on shipment and release of products; work with third party logistics companies to meet customer delivery requirements
  • Field, document, and help resolve customers complaints or conflicts, maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times
  • Assist with the establishment and maintenance of customer credit lines by guiding customers through the credit application process and keeping credit information up-to-date.

  • Skilled at problem solving and conflict resolution – no matter what is thrown at you, you keep a cool head.
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated, with strong people skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to perform basic mathematic calculations
  • Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and ability to quickly learn new business systems and programs
  • Experience with social media a plus
