Customer Service Representative



Adecco is partnering with a logistics company in North Bergen, NJ currently has an opening for a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for including but not limited to responsibilities outlined below. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including but not limited to computers, copy machines and fax machines
- Work with office managers to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
- Respond to questions and requests for information from current and potential customers
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required ;
- Proficiency in MS Office with including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely man
- Korean speaking preferred
