Customer Service Representative - Outbound Prospect Calling

The Customer Service Representative – Outbound Prospect Calling role supports Marketing & Sales Department through an internal outbound call initiative for catalog mailings. Energy and self-motivation are two critical components required for the successful building of future customer relationships. This position introduces company to the outlined prospects.


  • Make outbound calls to prospects that received catalog mailing
  • Confirm receipt of catalog
  • Offer to provide additional sales assistance through Inside Sales Team
  • Document calls within excel spreadsheet via color coding
  • Generate additional leads when possible


  • 3 years outbound phone calling experience
  • 5 years Customer Service Experience
  • Recent grads with Marketing Degrees are encouraged to apply
