This position is temp with the opportunity to go perm should the opening become available
8:30am-6:30pm With varying 8hr shifts

This call center is designed to assist branch personnel, primarily Financial Advisors, develop and enhance client relationships by providing guidance and expertise across a suite of wealth management tools and financial planning analytics. The position is highly complex and the applicant will be required to develop a thorough understanding of each tool/analytic in order to service the wide range of requests received.

Some of the responsibilities include:
Provide superior customer service to the branch office network (primary Financial Advisor) via incoming phone calls and email inquiries
Conduct research on tool / technical issues
Provide point-of-call resolution
Facilitate training sessions / tutorials to branch personnel
Partner with product owners / productivity consultants / technology during tool enhancements / roll-outs
Support / participate in ad hoc projects and product testing

Required Skills:
College degree required. Finance, Economics, or Business degree is a plus.
Prior experience in the financial industry, as well as 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
Financial planning background required.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Professional demeanor, strong client service skills. Ability to adapt accordingly to all business conditions.
Service adeptness, ability to comprehend and empathize with client needs, devote time and effort to satisfy clients requests
Decision making and problem solving skills, and ability to think analytically. Applicants must be able to analyze and research complex problems, applying knowledge and past experience to develop resolutions.
Technical adeptness, ability to solve technical problems and act as a systems expert.
