Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Pennington, NJ 08534

Pay Rate: $16.77/hr.

Duration: 6+months contract – Starting 05/20/2019 to 12/31/2019

Hours: Monday through Friday, between 8:30am-6:30pm

 

This is a Customer Service/Call Center position responsible for providing first contact resolution for account and client to assist with client brokerage accounts. Daily responsibilities of supporting internal business partners and/or external customers and clients by analyses, report generation, opening new accounts, trade processing, payment processing, data entry, etc.

 

Requirements:

4-year degree is highly preferred

Strong and stable call center/customer service experience within a financial environment

Professional, articulate and personable phone etiquette
