Description: Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative job in Piscataway, NJ. This is a temporary with the potential to hire opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for resolving escalated customer complaints, managing all communication with customers and researching issues internally and externally to resolve ongoing issues, following up to ensure resolution in a timely manner. Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:

¿ Resolve escalated customer complaints
¿ Manage all communication with customers researching the root cause both internally and externally.
¿ Excellent communication with outstanding telephone etiquette as well as follow-up
¿ Data entry experience and skills are a must!


¿ At least 1-3 years of Customer Service experience

** Hours are 12:30pm to 9pm. Monday - Saturday. You will have one day off during the week and will have Sundays off. Candidate must be able to work on Saturdays.
