We are serving up an excellent Temporary to Hire opportunity for a Customer Service Representative with our awesome client located in Blawnox, PA! We’re looking for enthusiastic problem solvers – if you love talking with people and helping them find a solution, we want to hear from you.

Here are some of the responsibilities you’ll have:
• Processing customer orders.
• Maintaining, revising and updating customer files.
• Handling international order tasks such as providing sales orders against wire transfers and preparing customs documents for shipments.
• Working with the Production Manager to verify availability of material, shipping instructions and expected wait times.

These are qualities we’re looking for in a Customer Service Representative:
• Above all, friendly. It isn’t always easy, but the key to success is helping a customer turn a frown upside down.
• Easy going personality that interacts well with both internal and external customers.
• Skilled at problem solving and conflict resolution – no matter what is thrown at you, you keep a cool head.
• High attention to detail.
• Well organized and adept at handling multiple assignments with critical deadlines.
• Strong analytical and computer skills; knowledgeable in ERP systems.
• 2 years of customer service experience and/or 2+ years of additional education.
• Conversational Spanish is a plus.

The work week is Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

The pay rate range is $13.50/hour- $14.00/hour based on experience.
