The candidate will execute outbound phone campaigns. They will contact vendors for our Corporate clients, and offer customer's credit card products as their new payment solution. Candidate will explain all options to the vendors in detail and document calls in Lotus Notes database. The overall goal of this position is to enroll vendors into one of the customer's card programs, while reaching the call volume set for the department.

The candidate should possess good listening skills and the ability to probe with questions to ensure the vendors understand all of the advantages of accepting this payment process.

The manager is looking for people that have experience with call centers, cable or cell phone providers, etc. that are skilled with upselling services to customers.

*High School Diploma required
*2-4 years related experience
*Customer Service experience required
*Call center/phone (Outbound calls) experience required
*Sales/cross-sell experience required
